For Disease Control and Prevention, all adults must get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise five days a week. Going to the gym every day is one way to accomplish this goal. Regular exercise carries many physical and mental health benefits. Regarding this, our institution is student centric and the main mission of our institution is to empower women, so ladies gym is one step towards it. Through this Gym set up, we want to improve the health of our students and staff. With this facility, we want to empower our students physically and psychologically for tackle on the future obstacle in their lives.
